Layla Skincare began as an idea back in 2019, sparked by articles highlighting the harmful effects of commercial skincare products. I noticed that many skincare brands prioritised fragrance over the quality of their ingredients.
After years of research and gaining deeper insights into the skincare industry, my wife and I brought Layla Skincare to life in 2024.
Driven by our passion for organic skincare, we chose to use only natural ingredients sourced from our home, Australia. Combining the richness of Australian botanicals with the elegance of Eastern traditions, Layla Skincare celebrates our multicultural heritage in every product.
The name Layla has a deep meaning for us. Choosing a name for our brand was a thoughtful and challenging process. We wanted something simple to pronounce, easy to recognize, and reflective of our core values.
After much consideration, we chose Layla, inspired by its Arabic meaning, "into the night."
