At Layla Skincare, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5 business days.
- Shipping Tracking: You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
- Shipping Delays: Please note that delays may occur due to high order volumes, postal service issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping (Australia): $10 flat rate
- Express Shipping (Australia): $15 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $100 (Australia only).
International Orders: Shipping rates for international orders are dependent on the destination. Please be aware that customs taxes and duties may apply, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping overseas can take 7-21 days, depending on the location.
Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that an item was omitted from your order, an incorrect item was delivered, or one of our products was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We offer a refund or replacement if you reach out within 7 days of your order being delivered. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
