Refunds and Returns Policy
At Layla Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in saleable condition, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging with the product seal intact. If the product packaging has been opened or there are signs of use, the item will not be eligible for a refund or return.
Change of Mind Returns:
We accept returns for change of mind, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Change of mind returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the return being ineligible for a refund.
Shipping Charges:
Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damaged Products in Transit:
If a product is damaged during transit or you receive a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will require images of the damaged product as well as the packaging, including the postage box, for evaluation. Once we have reviewed the provided images, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) or send a replacement of the same product, based on your preference.

Return & Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, our customer care team will assess the item to determine whether a refund will be offered in accordance with our Returns Policy. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal) within 7 business days.
If you have not received your refund within 14 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Consumer Guarantees:
Our products are covered by the consumer guarantees set out in the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. These guarantees ensure that the products you purchase from us will be of acceptable quality, and we are committed to upholding these standards.
